We realized before starting this show that some of our guests might not be able or comfortable with having a few cocktails and using their real name to talk about their professional lives. Recipe for Pat’s cocktail:
- 1 slice of heirloom tomato, gently muddled in a rocks glass
.25oz lemon juice
Fill with ice
2.5oz London Dry Gin
1oz soda water
Stir
Garnish with a strawberry on the rim
